All time is logged against a project and a client. Business managers then derive costing, invoicing and profit data for each project. Just like timesheets, expenses are associated with a client and project. Expense types are configured at the system level and allow for pre-defined rates.

Through Abak 360, each employee can see his or her accrued vacation time, leftover sick time, and banked overtime. Using these time accruals is simple and automated, so payroll and administration personnel can concentrate on productive tasks instead of answering questions on banked overtime. Each timesheet and expense report offers 3 levels of approval, to make sure all expenses paid and all time is charged to the correct project.

Because it’s based on the actual timesheets, expenses and contractor invoices that were entered in the system, Abak360 makes billing simple and accurate. Abak 360 integartes with QuickBooks, Sage, Outlook and other programs, as well as offering data import from Excel, Word, CSV, XML and text formats.
