The program delivers a core set of advanced courses in both business analytics and project management. MSBAPM provides an integrated curriculum and a global perspective using evolving technology platforms to facilitate and support the learning process. MSBAPM is structured to provide businesses a pipeline of talented and energized professionals who will create immediate value for their organization and the communities they serve.The Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management is a STEM designation program. Under this STEM classification, MSBAPM international students can qualify for a 17-month OPT (Optional Practical Training) Extension making it a full 29 months of OPT.Some of the advantages that students get from the program would be unique program with combined focus on the rapidly developing areas of business analytics and project management; the curriculum is designed and delivered by outstanding UConn faculty, with helpful input from the leading analytics solutions provider SAS Institute and the Project Management Institute (PMI); state-of-the-art technology and facilities supporting innovative program delivery and pedagogy; unparalleled opportunities to engage with our global corporate partners in high-value, strategic real world projects through SS&C Technologies Financial Accelerator and Innovation Accelerator and access to large and emerging job markets in Connecticut and surrounding areas, and across the world.
