Eylean is a Scrum and Kanban desktop software that integrates well into the Office tools and TFS from Microsoft product family.Eylean makes the task board work for users where it chooses the configuration as a way to group tasks and projects, use time boxing and limit the WIP. Eylean lets users create as many boards as they need and manage them easily by drag & drop. No matter how the users’ board looks, they will always get a clear view with the help of eylean. Eylean improves users TFS task management with a two way integration. Eylean supports TFS 2015 - 2010.
With Eylean, users can track time and overview time reports easily, making self-assessment reporting to clients a breeze. Users can use Eylean Scrum and Kanban templates to manage the Agile process easily with automated features and reports. Eylean expands users’ task card information with comments, attachments and categories. It easily imports and exports data from MS Excel and Outlook.
Users may oversee the big picture of the project, performance and workload of each team member, completed tasks and tracked time using Eylean’s dashboard. Eylean identifies users’ teams’ throughout and plan ahead with confidence. The CFD works well for intense Kanban based process. While Eylean’s burndown chart checks the progress by estimating hours, complexity points or the number of tasks.
Users can also see the real progress using Cumulative Burndown path and compare it with the ideal path all in this chart. Eylean also offers a Workflow report where users find out how the tasks travel through the process and identify bad decisions, harmful tasks and process bugs.
